We have switched our webshop platform in early August 2025. This will offer our customers a more modern shopping experience, additional payment options and many additional features while being future-proof.

Sadly, we were unable to migrate customer accounts and order history. Pro Shrimp accounts are now bound to your main email address. You can easily log in to your account once your order has been placed.

This does not need a password. Instead, you will be sent a one-time pass-code to your email address. Please note that a new account will have to be created for new orders on our website.

Once you have placed your first order, you can just click on login or the account icon up top and the system will send you your pass-code. With this, you can see your order history (only for orders placed on the new platform), order progress and manage your addresses.

The old webshop account data will be deleted in line with data protection laws. If you require invoice copies of past purchases, please contact customer support, and we will be able to supply the official VAT invoice documents.
