Yodel will only update the customer facing tracking once the parcel reaches their national sorting hub. Yodel parcels are collected from us in the early afternoon and then moved to their Nottingham hub. Depending on how busy the carrier is, it can take a few hours (or a day in case of economy shipments) until the parcel gets moved on or gets a receiving scan at their sorting hub.

Once you receive our despatch email, your parcel has been packed and is ready to be passed on.
