What are Special Order items?
These items will be ordered in specifically for you via our supplier.
When do you ship a special order?
Please allow a few extra days for the item to be shipped out to you. This can be anything from 2 to 7 days. In case of a longer wait period, our staff will get in touch ASAP.
What happens to orders that include special order items as well as "in stock" items?
We will ship your special order item as soon as it arrives. Any items already in stock will be shipped out immediately. If you preferred for the complete order to be shipped in one go, please reply to the order confirmation email and request for the order to be held until all items are in stock.
Can I cancel my special order?
You can cancel your placed order any time until despatch.
Are my return rights affected?
Not at all. You can return your item within 14 days without a reason. Our usual return policies apply.
Does this have an impact on my warranty?
Your statuary rights remain the same as any other item bought through Pro Shrimp.
