Economy shipments are especially affected by this. We have taken steps to upgrade shipping options where financially possible, but are still seeing delays. Please find a few additional pointers below:
What can you do?
Please be patient! We are aware of the situation, but sadly cannot do anything to hasten the delivery of your parcel. We are expecting a high volume of customer requests due to this, putting additional pressure on our small team.
Most plants are usually fine for a few extra days in transit. As long as they are not stored badly, they should still arrive in good condition. But please be assured, we will rectify any damages due to delays in transit.
My plants have arrived damaged!
Please take a few pictures of the damage and get in touch with our team via our support system or email to email@example.com. Please let us know if you would prefer a replacement, refund or voucher code for damaged plants.
How can I avoid delays for new orders during this time?
We strongly recommend using our Courier shipping option at checkout. These shipments will be delivered via one of our courier services and will not pass through Royal Mail's system. As much as these strikes will affect the performance of alternative couriers, your order will still arrive quicker than with economy and standard services, which are supplied by Royal Mail.
