That's not a problem. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us for a refund. As long as the following applies:
The item is:
- In original packaging
- Complete including instructions and accessories
- Livestock cannot be returned
How to return:
You are responsible to return the goods to us (you are liable for the return postage and any damage in transit). To start a return, please open a support ticket above. Then ship the item back to us:

Please make sure to include an invoice copy or a note with your invoice number, so we can process the return as quickly as possible. As soon as the item is back with us and it has been checked, we will issue a refund to you.
Return of fragile glass aquariums:
Please be aware that courier companies exclude glass from their insurance cover. Any damage to your tank during the return most likely won't be covered by your carrier, and we won't be able to issue a full refund for damaged goods. So take extra care in packaging these during returns.
